HERITAGE BOOKINGS TALENT APPLICATION
Self Submission Instructions
Along with your audition video, you must submit a completed extended TALENT application, signed
Eligibility requirement and release, a photo of yourself and wrestling footage.
Applications MUST be clearly written and must be accompanied by a video that meets these requirements:
LENGTH: MAXIMUM OF SEVEN MINUTES
FORMAT: DVD or miniDV (no mini DVDs, 8mm or VHS)
CONTENT: **This audition video is to get to know you personally outside of the ring. Do not dress
or act in character.**
Start with a clean introduction by clearly stating: your legal first and last name, your inring
name, hometown including state and country, height, weight, age, and occupation
that currently pays the bills.
Do a “promo” for yourself. There is no “right” or “wrong” thing to say on a tape, we just
want to get to know you (BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY HAVE SOMEONE ELSE
TAPE YOU). Talk about yourself, talk about your family, talk about your passion for
wrestling, talk about why you would be the ultimate HERITAGE BOOKINGS Superstar. Use this video to
show us what is special about you. Have fun and let’s see your personality! Take us on a
tour of your life; show us what is important to you. What sets you apart from other
contestants? DON’T JUST TELL US, SHOW US!
The video must be original, truthful, unpublished, created solely by the submitting
applicant, must not have been submitted in any other competition, and must not infringe
upon any rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, and
rights of privacy and publicity. In addition, your family must be the owner or legal lessee
of the home or property depicted in the video, if any. The video must NOT include any
music or singing.
The video will become the property of the Producers and will not be returned to you, whether or not you
are selected as a contestant.
Applications will be considered only if they are complete. Completed applications consist of the following:
1) Completed Extended Application Form
2) Completed and signed Eligibility Requirements and Releases
3) Photos of yourself
4) Your Audition Video
5) Athletic Video containing footage of previous matches and/or wrestling training
